Hi,I\'m a Gentoo developer in the Alpha and net-mail herds. So this machine would be used to aid Gentoo development.
If I were given this machine I\'d use it as a Gentoo QA machine, It will constantly run QA checks over the Portage tree so the quality of our distribution should increase a lot.
I\'ll probably have to hack some scripts / programs to run the QA checks automatically and mail the maintainers so they fix their packages. This development will be released as GPLv2 or OSL-2.2
Those QA checks will be not only for the ppc64 port but for some arches through cross-compilers and generic tools such as repoman and paludis.
Since this is such a big machine I\'ll give accounts to ppc64 developers so the ppc64 Gentoo arch team will also benefit from this machine.
