Porting support for Ubuntu Universe/Multiversein category Linux Distributions

Project Summary
The Universe/Multiverse portions of the Ubuntu Archive are largely maintained by community developers that do not generally have access to arm hardware to support porting the approximately 13,000 source packages they maintain. Most of these build well on arm, but a significant number don't and it's not generally possible to fix these porting issues without access to hardware.The two Efika MX system allocated for this project will enable arm support to be improved.

Both of the systems for this project are running and turned over to the UbuntuWire Systems Adminstrators (UWSA) for configuration and making them available to Ubuntu development community.
