Project Summary
Gentoo is one of the most adaptable distribution with plenty of software available across multiple architectures. This proposal involves ensuring all the i.MX515 software will be available in the main portage tree and, if necessary, specific profiles for the platform will be provided and possibly different install media.Project Blog Entries
The Gentoo efika overlay is currently up to date with the 10.07.11 code drop from freescale.
I started cleaning up the xorg driver during the previous code drop and now seems more or less in the right shape. I made sure it is compatible to the upcoming xorg releases, if you aren't using Gentoo and you want to try it you can find it on gitorious
