This project has started to become a reality as well.
I've been working at some driver improvement for the GSM module, together with Caller ID improvement for security and identification purposes.
The aquisition card will need more time, but in the mean time we will probably use a USB system.
Sensors and RF transmitters/receivers are being tested and software to handle priorities and alerts is being updated.
