Project Summary
For my thesis i reasearch innovaties may of managing facilities. One aspect is our view: the facility provides services!Strating with simple ones like light, temperature, up to more complex ones like In-Door navigation, Room Reservation and even building a service protal, where thrid parties can privide services like,catering, printing, etc.
One benfit of this services is their access with the facility. We provides drivers for various BUS protocols, like EIB,LON,SPS,.. so that services can access the facility indepently upon the build in infrastructure. Thus the developed services can be deployed upon different facilities, without the need to change them.
But for distrubting the services within a facililty we need computers, like the EFIKA board, up till now we haven\'t found anyting, which fullfills our needs for all cases. But therfor i would like to investigate the EFIKA Board.
