Provide good support for the EFIKA in NetBSDin category Operating Systems

Today I added basic support for accessing the RTAS.
My Efika now reads the time-of-day clock. The line in the dmesg looks like this:
rtas0 at mainbus0 (rtas): version 1, entry @pa 0x1b98000
I committed most of what is required to boot the Efika to the NetBSD repository.
