Efika 5200B Project
Scalable, low cost parallel computing using EFIKA as nodesin category Applications & Software
proposed by ccureau on 28th June 2006 (accepted on 7th October 2006)
Project Summary
This project will determine the feasibility of using EFIKAs as a low cost, high performance cluster node. The cluster will be made up of one master node (ideally, a Open Server Workstation) and multiple EFIKA nodes, each of which will boot across the network from the OSW. The cluster will ideally be available to share CPU time across the Internet with other PPC developers at some point in the future.Project Blog Entries

I think you should try looking elsewhere for now. We're planning the
second model of Efika (and some other things) which will go into a new
program but we don't really have a date for when this will happen
and won't be doing anything with the old boards for now.
Sorry.

Now that the project has been approved, I'm waiting on the EFIKA to arrive, which I hope won't be too far into the future. While looking at the site, I found that the address has to be validated before the EFIKA ships, but it doesn't actually say much about the validation process...
