Project Summary
The product will be used as a learning tool for assembly and to perform research on embedded systems. The system would be used as an exploration tool into the field PPCs and would eventually be integrated into a larger design project. Several ideas are still under evaluation such as:- portable ids(<- more likely) or penetration testing utility
- dvd/mp3/gps combo
- admin toolkit
- similar to livecd except it would auto update when connected to a network and would have a set of packages that one could choose to have installed
- independent testing platform is always handy
The final project will most likely end up being network security or hardware design related.
Overall, several projects and ideas will be explored to show the possibillities and provide a guide for people who are new to PPC.
