Project Summary
We are developing (and shipping) a small DVR based on Linux (currently X86), that is capable of transmitting live video, using very narrow band like the cellular lines (GPRS, EDGE, CDMA 1X, EVDO).So, basically, a unit based on Efika can be in a car connected to the Internet, using the means I mentioned and transmitting live video to a computer or a cell phone anywhere in the world..
The project will integrate software conversion and addtional hardware, to capture the video from an analog source.
