EFIKA OpenEmbedded supportin category Operating Systems

Efika support has been added to OpenEmbedded.
Currently we have both uclibc and glibc support
Also the Angstrom distribution which is based on OE has added support for Efika.
Binary image, and packets feeds will follow soon
