April is a rainy month.

This is a test of the new Project Groups feature. With this, developers can submit a project through a "project leader" and have affiliated developers who can edit and add blog posts, and eventually access all other features (including write access to the source code repositories).

The framework for adding affiliates/friends to your project will be up later, as it needs a lot of testing. If anyone wants to be grouped up RIGHT NOW, please contact Matt (matt@genesi-usa.com) and he'll be happy to help.
