Today I added a 1GB of memory to my Pegasos 2 machine (Two identical 512MB modules, DDR400 GoodRam)

Generaly this memory pass all memory test programs that I know (memtest under MorphOS and memtester under Linux) without any problems. I can boot my system and use it almost normaly. But I had a weird lockup after a few hours of work. I was not able to find any informations in the log's :(

I enabled High Mem Support in kernel already, but is there any other thing to do ? Or maybe it's another OF bug :/

What makes you think it is a ram problem? I had a similar problem and checked the CPUCard and its socket, think I've found two very close pins, almost touching each other, on the back side of the CPU card, pins of the builtin CPU fan. I seperated them a little and I didn't have any problems since. I think that may have caused my problems, so you should check your board and CPU- Card for similar problems.

Generaly because this happen right after I switched my 512MB module to 1GB (2x512MB)

I solved it by using single 1GB module. Now Linux works fine without any lockups. I gues this is another OF related problem.

I think I've had the same problem. I first had a 256 chip that worked fine. Then I added 512 which worked fine with Morphos, but Linux started getting problems. I don't remember the details, but I think it started to think that there were problems with my harddrive/partitions.

I removed the 256 MB chip and it worked again. Maybe it didn't like two chips at the same time?
