Hi,
I'm new on the forum and I'm a newbie on Lin*x.
I have a problem with YDL4.0 on my Peg.
The installation seems ok but I have a problem with
the audio output that sounds corrupted.
If I try to launch the audio config utility of KDE
the VIA internal chip is recognised but when I press
the TEST button the application freezes for about a minute,
then the test music is played but the sounds is very corrupted.
Under MorphOS it's all OK so I think it's not an hw fault.
I've tried to switch to another audio system (ALSA etc.),
but I get always a crappy sound.
Any help is appreciated!
10x in advance!

I don't know what might be causing the delay, but make sure the volume isn't set too high as that will cause audio corruption. Personally I never go above 87% on Master and PCM. Let your amplifier do the work :)

:-( No, it's not a too high volume problem. It's really like a corruption problem. I've tried to reinstall YDL on my G4 and i've relaunched the sound config proggy but the problem persisted...
I'm the only lucky man with this problem?
Aloha!
