Hello there

I'm looking for a low profile 9250 radeon AGP card for the Efika. Unfortunately, all i could found are low profile cards but with a full size bracket (and a vga plug on a ribbon cable). On the efika pics from he Genesi website we can see a low profile card who seems perfect, with a low profile bracket. any idea where to get one ?

Me either :-(
Can't find any !

You can find some ATI Radeon 7500 in the US here :
ATI Radeon 7500 Low Profile AGP Video Card

Anyway : you forgot to post the picture you are mentioning :

You can also check that URL (still in the US):
http://www.pricewatch.com/video_cards/low_profile.htm

I think the only solution is to remove the bracket by yourself...

Any of this type of card should work, you just have to own a low profile bracket (I've never seen IRL a non compatible graphic card bracket, even if I know some "standard VGA port" low profile bracket exists).[/url]

You don't even need the bracket if you're going to have it uncased.

Probably a slightly better solution is to secure the card at the back via something else, an use the VGA/DVI screws to screw it into a case properly (in place of the bracket). It's hardly a "standard" PCI slot location and having a lug of plastic or metal where the bracket should be seems, at least in my eyes, rather impossible to envision in a case design.
