Thank you in advance for your time on this topic.

I took MPC750GX (IBM) as my processor, and lots of threads are running on it.

Today, the processor report a exception caused by illegal instruction (inum=7 & srr1[12]=1). The value of srr0 point to kernel text segment.

In the kernel, paging & dBAT were used at same time. I don't how the kernel text segment was corrupted and want to find out who did this.

any ideas?

Mark the kernel text segment as read-only and see who trips?
