I'm dreaming of a Peg whith PWRFicient processor. This silicon state of the art product is really impressive, energy efficient... and maybe not expensive...

It could be Peg4 using less energy than Peg2 with the horse power of Peg3 !

No. You are not the only one. Maybe this will be the Pegasos IV.

Like the 8641D though, this has to be a chip that is doing more than running in a lab with some kernel hackers playing with it.

Good one - or more precisely sad one... Maybe those investment bankers looking at freescale will have somehow the effect of speeding up things. Either (lucky but unlikely case) the roll out of new products or (well,the non lucky case) we'll see a quick cancelation of some products.

This is all about a multi-pupose SoC of the future that does anything everywhere.
