I made an almost full set of Packman packages available at ftp://spike.fa.gau.hu/pub/pmppc101rc2. Right now only the Xine based multimedia applications work, as the current x264 package does not compile on PPC. MPlayer would use that...

At this time you can not add this as an installation source, as SUSE Linux 10.1 introduced signed repositories, and it's still not fully documented. I'm checking how this could be solved. So, you need to download the files and install by using rpm commands directly. But it worth doing it, as you can listen to mp3 while testing the rest of SUSE Linux :-)
