what are the prerequisites for being involved in this program.
i've used xen a fair bit but do not have any dev experience with it

We have not set any requirements yet - we are still trying to understand the possibilities and the level of interest...:-) So far, so good!

What are the target application of OSW?
Is it good for heavy parallel computations or it will be better to be used for DB, web services, etc.
How is the performance of a single core PowerPC 970MP compared with MPC7448/MPC7447/MPC7447A used in High Density Blade?
