as I am considering a project where i would, in case of success, need the hardware until it will be replaced by better one someday or I will need to build a second solution for the problem (which would consume alot more time I will not have anymore by the time the project is planned to be finished)* here is my question:

Do you own the hardware Genesi gives to you or do you need to give it back?

If we give it to you it is yours. Having said that we would hope that if you are not using it (later) that you would willingly surrender it to another developer that would.
