Hi,

Is there a way to make Efika boot automatically after power failure?

Check the environment variables in OF, there is one for ac power behavior. I don't remember the exact name and I can't check since I don't have one with me at the moment.

Actually that just tells the system what to do when it's got power. To make the system power up when it receives AC power (no need to push the switch, just connect the power..) there is another environment variable, I think it's ac-back-behaviour. Doing a printenv will list them all..

OK, I just rebooted my router (which is an EFIKA PPC):
Code:
ok printenv
Variable Value (Default Value)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ac-back-behaviour ()
There is just no documentation, or hint in the firmware, what values could be used here...

Alternatively, "off" :)

The default is actually an "undefined on" even though it's blank so any power loss will basically just glitch the system out and power it back on. It's not actually a very safe thing to do if you're using something other than an ATX power supply (PicoPSU etc.) because connecting and disconnecting the DC power plug can spark. Some systems did this, some not..

If you set it to "off", any application of power will be ignored until you hit the power button, which is better. But usually, you want to have it "off" by default and then when you want to do something with the feature, turn it "on".
