I used the 2GB SD card that shipped with the Efika MX, and the flasher tool. it seemed to work. I then followed the instructions of how to get the Efika MX to boot to the SD card and update the firmware. I turned it on with the SD card in it, the light was blue, and then it booted to linux. I rebooted it and pulled the plug, then put the DIP switches back to how they were. I went to hook it back up and turn it on, but it won't turn on. Did I do something wrong, or what's going on here?

You probably just need to check the DIP switches; sometimes they don't "click" into place as well as they should.

Flip them back to boot from SD then flip them to the boot from NOR configuration (don't bother powering it on). The action of switching them to their opposites and back again should clear any cruft and loosen the switches enough that they will actually hit their mark properly.
