The second release candidate of CRUX PPC 2.1 is available for download!!
It is based on the linux kernel 2.6.11.11, gcc 3.4.4, glibc 2.3.5 with NPTL support, Xorg 6.8.2, and all the ports are updated to Dec. 5 2005 (thus it's versioned more than 2.1 )
New features include support for software-raid installation through the mdadm utility, and support for upgrading from CRUX PPC 2.0.x (at your own risk!).

The ISO image supports Apple 32bit and 64bit systems, PegasosII, IBM pSeries with Power* cpu, the most of RS/6000 and CHRP machines with 32 bit processors (like the 604e), and includes a ppc64 cross-compiler to build kernels for 64bit processors.
