Greetings!
I been having a longstanding problem with newer udev versions. or now eudev.
Beeing unable to load the rt2870.bin firmware.
Whenever i enable the usb module via kill switch or it has been enabled, dmesg just errors:
"usb 2-1.2: firmware file rt3070.bin request failed (-2)"
I do not know what eudev assumes to request this firmware but even if i provide the rt2870.bin firmware via symlink to rt3070.bin it fails or hangs for a very long time.
Anyone having an idea what might have been causing this?
