Here they are:

http://people.debian.org/~markos/armhf/chromium/

These packages will be there until the patch is accepted and the package gets into the Debian archive proper (see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=632903 for details).

Personally I think Iceweasel 10 is better/faster than chrome but at least now you can compare :)

I wonder if these sources will build on Debian ARMEL - Chromium would be nice.

I had a problem with this package. As the armhf image I use is based on Debian unstable and I have it updated. One package required to be installed does not exist in unstable: libv8-3.6.6.14

So, in order to install your package on unstable you have to download and install

http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/ma ... _armhf.deb first.

Then, run:

sudo dpkg -i chromium-inspector_16.0.912.75~r116452-1linaro1_all.deb

And, finally:

sudo gdebi chromium_16.0.912.75~r116452-1linaro1_armhf.deb

After that, chromium should run fine on unstable (at least as it currently exists). I hope this helps anyone else that might have similar problems getting this package installed.

Looks like chromium 17.0.963.56 made it into the offical Debian repo http://packages.debian.org/search?keywo ... ection=all

for testing and unstable. If you already installed this package and want to upgrade just run apt-get remove chromium chromium-inspector libv8-3.6.6.14

and then just run apt-get install chromium. Thanks for getting this all working Konstantinos!
