Hi !

I need "uinput kernel support" to run the CWiid wiimote driver on my Efika.
Driver compiles and installs well but it seems there is no uinput kernel support and no uinput module available.

I'm trying to do this with the 2.6.19-rc6 kernel provided on efika.info's website for Debian.
The problem is that I can't find any reference to uinput support into the configuration file. So is that possible with that kernel version ?
Looking into Luther's 2.6.20 version if found that this module is now enabled (CONFIG_INPUT_UINPUT=m).
So is it working ?
Because as is seems there are a few issues (for example, ATA driver not working - says neko), I'm a bit reluctant to switch to this version yet.

In fact, I'm wondering what is the best option for me to use this module on my Efika ?
- use 2.6.20 ?
- do something on my 2.6.19 (if it is possible I would prefer this option as I have no kernel-building experience under Debian but only under Gentoo)

So can someone of the "Debian gurus" help me on this ?

wiimote is really great ! I would love to run it with neverball on my Efika :-)

I've found the option in my Gentoo kernel, so I'm going to try this with Gentoo instead :

Device Drivers -> Input Device ... -> Miscellaneous devices -> User level driver support
