Enlightenmedia or short emedia will be the worlds biggest multimedia live-system,
containing hundreds of open-source multimedia-applications of any kind.
It will be released exclusively for ppc-machines, mainly for the Pegasos2,
maybe also for ppc-macs. Most applications are compiled with altivec-optimizations.
The default desktop will be enlightenment 17, but an included bootmenu will give
the user following additional options:
- "normal" KDE 3.5.2
- "normal" Gnome 2.14
- XGL - KDE 3.5.2
- XGL - Gnome 2.14
- MythTV

The system will be bootable as a livedvd, as a liveimage from any partition
(including usb-hds) & will be very easily fully installable
(full installation will require a partition with about 10GB space!)
