The Fedora 13 boot/root posted here works great but I'm wondering if there is a Fedora 17 image anywhere or is it a build your own at the moment?

I took a look at all that before asking and did not
see much Efika specific info.

Sounds like your saying that the stock Fedora will
work out of the box?

Is there any Kernel "tuning" or drivers that are not
in the stock Fedora release? I remember seeing a video
of a Genesi engineer taking about compiling for hard
floating point ABI. Is that in the Fedora release here
or in the Ubuntu that is pre-loaded?

The Fedora project has an IRC channel on irc.freenode.net, #fedora-arm ; it's best to ask the ARM related questions of them in there. The kernel that I last knew was in use, was somewhat hacked together based on a few patches from Arnaud Patard. I don't know if that is still the case.

As far as I am aware, Fedora is working on hardfloat only.

The Ubuntu version that is pre-loaded is *not* hardfloat, although their code named "Precise" that is currently in development will be hardfloat by default.

kernel-imx works on the efikas with newer Fedoras. it however doesnt have any video support. We are waiting on drivers for video. We do fully intend to have it working and fully supported.
