For some reason system can not configure time zone before
instalation. Does anybody know anything about it?

Why do you need to do it before install ?

I don't remember having troubles with that.
Did you use 5.10 install or live cd ?

Dont use the Live CD, it does not work to use with the Pegasos, and causes this error to happen.
