 Post subject: Dev Tools

I was just wondering what tools you guys use to build the boards and what process you follow, do you develop on x86 or the ppc boards themselves, do you use windows to do it and such

the reason i ask (besides the fact that i am intrested) is that there are mumblings of on open hardware PDA design on one of the boards i go to that wuold use one of the freescale chips and would like to know how o real development team does it

i generally use eagle (x86 linux) for board design but ive heard good things about orcad
