I have just found an aswer to a question raised two month ago in another topic. It's not just SuSE specific, so I put it in 'other'.

After using Linux and rebooting into MorphOS, networking does not work. The solution I found is mentioned in http://hup.hu/wiki/index.php/Ubuntu_Lin ... son_HOGYAN

Linux kernels 2.6.9 and newer put the VIA network card in a sleep mode. The driver included in MorphOS can not wake it up. There is a utility available at http://fabportnawak.free.fr/via-wakeup.lha . It should be started, before the driver is loaded, for example from 's:user-startup'.

Disclaimer: I don't have MorphOS, so I did not test it, just remember, that it was a problem mentioned here...

I posted about it on MorphZone some weeks ago, this patch works very well and solves the issue. I forgot to post it here, sorry.
