Thanks for the reply. I shall wait for mail from FreeScale. The presentation you sent is good. Can you send me some document on Sorting using vector operations and how to access each element of a vector(float) most efficiently? Is it the union type of access or something else?

Hi Sonali,

I think you might be interested in the "Vectorization of the Insertion Sort Algorithm" in http://www.freevec.org/whitepapers.php. I am in the process of vectorizing QuickSort as well, but that will take some time as I just returned from my military service and I have lots of stuff to do (incl. libfreevec itself).
