is anyone working on MBAFF decoding for PPC ?
the reason i ask is the fact that the BBC (along with itv c4 etc later) have started their trial of
AVC/H.264 HD TS and its using MBAFF.
the thing is noone so far has made a usable codec
that can be used by the multitudes of DTT cards on the market right now, the closest is coreAVC but their dont expect to have MBAFF for another month.

VLC has a bug that need looking at and noone seems interested in fixing it to work with the BBC streams so far in the x86 camp, so the capable PPC coders could gain an advantage in mindshare if your willing to try, or not as the case may be.
theres a want in the UK market for both DVB-T and DVB-S working codecs and apps to tune/play/strip/etc

apparently there are many broken open codecs+apps that are in need of someone to look at them, perhaps
this might be an option to get the users over on the
DTT forums to consider the PPC PCB's/boxs your hopeing to sell and grow the markets.
