I can't be the only one who received the 1.5 V keyed PCI-AGP riser?

It was weird that my old Voodoo 3 card didn't fit into riser, so I searched a bit, and saw that all photos of Efika and riser were keyed at the opposite side.

So, the question: will 1.5 and 3.3 V keyed AGP cards work with this riser, or should I find another one?

1.5V keyed cards will simply not boot.

Please make sure you are plugging the riser in the right way! It MUST face OVER the board. Plugging it in backwards, or plugging PCI cards in backwards (ports away from the Efika ports) will DESTROY BOTH THE EFIKA AND POSSIBLY THE CARD.

Well... yes, but ie. a radeon 9200 I have has both 1.5 and 3.3 notches. So I wonder if it could work.

I guess a photo is better than many words:

WOW, that is strange :)

It looks like ALL the Efika risers are like that. However, 3.3V cards will slot in fine there (as long as they have the 1.5V key too, like a Radeon 9250.. most cards in fact).

Future board productions will have it corrected but for now please just be careful what AGP card you buy.

Nor does mine look like that. The wrong one could be an exception.

Mine does not look like that either. The
exact opposite, actually.
