I was asked to compile mythtv for openSUSE 10.3. It is now part of my Packman tree at ftp://spike.fa.gau.hu/pub/pmppc103/ A pretty detailed HOWTO about installation & configuration of mythv on openSUSE 10.3 is available at http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Opensuse_10.3 Please be aware, that many of this information is x86 specific. Some hints: - packages are Pegasos only (Altivec optimized) - there is no 'one click' install, one needs to install *mythtv* (or a careful selection of these, if installed as back & frontend) - there is no separate ivtv package on PPC, it is part of the base kernel.
