Am I the only one having trouble reaching MorphZone.org?

MorphZone is moving to a new name server. Over time the content of MZ will be integrated into a new site - at least as far as Genesi is concerned. Of course, there is nothing preventing any other group from starting a new MorphZone/MorphOS site.

The domain is being moved from one company to another because the new domain registrar simply offers more for less. Everything should be back to normal soon. This was not announced earlier because of the simple fact that it was pretty much unknown when exactly DirectNIC would initiate the domain move.

MorphZone is getting a new registrar, as is the bounty email addresses. This was supposed to be a seamless, invisible, change. Well, it wasn't. The MX records weren't copied, as they were supposed to be, and this is the result. In case your wondering, this change was done to save money, as GoDaddy is cheaper for me--and the switch adds another year to the registration.

MorphZone is registered until 2008!

Depending on the ISP's propogation time, MorphZone could be back in a few hours to a couple of days.

Ok, with that said, there are some changes ahead, but I expect all of them to be positive. Details should appear later...

Finally, if you are looking to donate to a MorphZone Bounty, please be patient. I have to make the same adjustments to the bounty email domain name as I have just completed with MorphZone.

I've checked on several computers, and two are going to a DirectNic park-page and another is going to a GoDaddy park-page. Please be patient, the site will be back as quickly as we can manage.
