Hello,
This summer I bought a new tower and moved all from the old one into the new one. I have a problem to plug from the front panel the audio and the microphone little connectors directly to the motherboard respectives audio connectors. I looked at the file audio.pdf on morphos, it indicates well the use of each connector but no more. i also looked onto the manual, i noticed at step 6 the indication of the pin n°1 for each connector. Then I asked to my vendor but he said having no more precisions than every single user.
On the manuel of a pc motherboard I obtained an indication for the front audio connector. That is : Speaker Right, Return Right, Return Left, Speaker Left, from the top of the connector. Is the same correct on the Pegasos motherboard ?
About the microphoe I have 3 connectors : Microphone In, Microphone Bias and Ground line. I searched how to plug it to the microphone connector of the motherboard but I did not find any indication.
Can someone from Genesi give me here or to my email these missing indications please ?

For Microphone; pin 1 is on the left if you look at it with the notch at the top;
MIC_IN GND GND MIC_BIAS.
For everything else; same orientation;
L GND GND R.
You don't need to connect Return pins, the audio isn't layed out the same way as a PC. If you are in doubt, you can go to the Power.org site, sign up, and download the specification PDF - the audio block page has the exact pins and routing for each wire from the Southbridge, which will exactly correspond to the ones in your Linux or MorphOS audio mixer app.
