Hello everybody and happy new year!

I'm trying to connect a 3G USB modem (ZTE MF190 from Spanish ISP Telefonica) using sakis3g script (in a amd64 linux machine I have connected it several times without great problems).
Sakis3g is a bash script with some code embedded to switch usb modem, but It have a option to compile this code and It seems work well on Efika.
My hipotesis is that my problem to connect happens when the script have to set a serial port to attach the modem. I think this because before the moment it would show me a dialog box to select it, instead this, it shows a 'connection failed' message box.
I looked dmesg on efika and It find a usb-storage that attach to sr0 but it don't find any GSM modem (when I've looked at dmesg on amd64 it attachs a usb-storage but it attachs five GSM modem converters at ports ttyUSB0-4 too).

And, finally, these are my questions:
This means that efika don't detect usb modem?
Will I need install some module or maybe I would have to recompile the kernel to add it some missing functionality?

Maybe the problem is completely different?
Someone is using 3G USB modem on efika and can explain me how to do it?

thanks everybody in advance
