Hey, I copy & paste what I have just published in my blog

Topic says all :), we have found a cheap and easy way to mount the Efika MX SmartTop in the back off a monitor/TV with a free Vesa mount , the solution is so cheap that we will include a a kit with the necesary if you buy one from our shop :) here is the HOWTO:

The key is this little piece of plastic:

This called in spanish "sujeta bridas atornillable" so I suppouse in english it should be something like "screwable bridle holder".

Attach four of them in the VESA holes with screws:

Pass the bridles throgh the holders:

Put the SmartTop and strength the bridles but not at maximum, you better first attach the cables like HDMI, Etherthert, Power, etc... , to make sure the bridles doesn't annoy you on doing so, and be able to recenter the SmartTop if needed.

The result will be like this after cutting the remainder of the bridle (below are happy users from Autoescuela Perfecto a driving school ,where we have adapted the SmartTop to work in "kiosk" mode, and "hidden" in the back of the monitors ) I hope this can inspire someone else :) Image
