Hello!

First of all, love the new Smartbook, envy of all here at work in Norway as they admire the new black "shiny thing"....

I (Stupidly) installed ubuntu-restricted media codecs, and they didn't work.

Once I removed them, I cannot play any sound or video at all (OGV video plays the first frame then freezes, no sound and ogg plays no sound watchsoever).

However, when going into system, preferences, sound all of the ubuntu theme files play, so that hardware drivers are all fine and dandy.

I just wandered if its possible to give me a list of packages/procedures i require to get sound and video working again. I just would like the ability to play video and play sound like before.
