Hi,

I'm trying to install some form of Linux on an external firewire drive. I'm running 10.4.0 (Tiger) on an iMac G5 1,8GHz flatscreen. It would appear yellow Dog doesn't support this type of mac so I'm trying out any and all distributions. Whichever distribution installs first, I keep.

However, I've stumbled at the first hurdle - I don't know how to burn a CD that I can boot from? I mean, I've downloaded the .iso file from Ubuntu. Now what?

I"m grateful for any advice
