Hi there!

Does anyone know if OF supports partition edition? The FreeBSD project currently relies on OF for hardware access and reported problems to writes to partitions - just wanted to confirm if it is related and if we need a dedicated IDE driver.

Thanks in advance
Olivier

Yes. The firmware doesn't support writing to disk or filesystems for security (and complexity) reasons.
