ok, a serious newbie question - where exactly do I propose a project? On the top of the project page, it says to

Just enter your project idea/suggestion and on approval, along with the hardware, you will be provided with:

but I can't find where to enter it :(

You can't yet.. but you can always email me and I'll put it in manually, approve it if it's worth approving, leave it for review or something. We have a couple of projects gone in recently this way.

Until we have a firm confirmation of how many boards we will have, what the progress of certain projects are etc. (example; do we give another board for NetBSD or do we help the existing NetBSD projects?) I'm not comfortable having the List Of Unapproved Projects grow and grow.

There are a few changes I want to make which are 99% done; more categories for projects (since the old OS/App/Industrial/Other was a bit too generic) and the ability to propose a project and add developers to it (so you can share the blog) while you propose it. I may just finish that up today, and make it live.

Kevin, if you would like to submit your proposal via email I'll just add it and throw you the link to the blog code in case I don't quite make my deadline :)
