Did anybody checked if something like IDE to SATA converter will work on Efika ?

What would it be good for? The EFIKA has a 2.5"
female IDE interface..

It is easy to make female 2,5 ide to male 3,5. I didn`t have Efika and I want to know if somebody maybe tested this kind of configuration ? Has it any chances to work ?

There is a limit on physical length of
connection between the CPU and HDD.
It is recommended to stay below 10 cm.
